Here is Part 24 of the ‘Left Foot Buildup’ series!

In this video, I repeat a steady back-beat with my hands, and combine it with all possible 8th-note triplet patterns we can have in a single beat - from no notes to all three of them and back again - with my left foot, while at the same time performing the eighth of the eight patterns (all three notes of the 8th-note triplet) with my right foot.

The entire series was recorded and filmed at my home studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.
