Today I am catching up with Channeler and Teacher Pamela Aaralyn. She is a world-renowned Trance Channel, Mystic, Spiritual Teacher, Oracle, Remote Viewer, Galactic Historian. Pamela is also a Sound Healer, Musician & Writer. Pamela is currently a Ph.D. student writing her work in the field of applied consciousness and practical mysticism. We have a very casual chat about our own physical health focus this year. Ice Skating, weight lifting and swimming in Lake Michigan, but with Pamela a lake swim turns into a paranormal event!
