Making the best STUFFED SQUIDS at home

Main Pot:

4 Large squids
Parsley
2/3 bay leaf
50 ml white wine
1 tbsp tomato paste

4 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp fish sauce
350ml fish stock
1 tbsp sugar
