School districts required to provide access to menstrual products for students who menstrate. This is code for all bathrooms since "transgender men" also menstruate and would be using the boys bathroom. This is a social/emotional issue. "Students who are not female who menstruate face greater stigma and barriers to asking for these products so providing them in easily accessible places in ALL student bathrooms is particularly important for those students."
