Alcohol & drugs suspected in crash that left two people dead in Delaware County

Two people were killed and at least three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Delaware County Tuesday afternoon.  The Delaware County Sheriff's Department says the two cars collided along Wheeling Avenue near West County Road 950 North just before 3:30 p.m.  The sheriff's department says two people were pronounced dead at the scene. They've been identified as Joshua Hartley, 18, and Matthew Case, 28.
