How do you get rid of a rainbow crosswalk?

This video was one of the tools that was used in June of 2023 to bring attention to the issue of the rainbow crosswalk in Westlock. It helped parents to understand the connection between rainbow crosswalks and inappropriateness with children. It helped to motivate parents and other caring and responsible community members to want to work towards change.

On Facebook, this video elicited 3.5 K emoticon reactions, 2.2 K comments, and 1.2 K shares. Shortly thereafter, community members took action for change. The rainbow crosswalk in Westlock was eventually stopped via plebiscite on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
