#BanksNeverAskThat Highlights National Consumer Protection Week

With a new week upon the Michigan AG’s office, along with the Michigan Bankers Association, in a joint effort have officially kicked off National Consumer Protection Week, with the #BanksNeverAskThat initiative.

National Consumer Protection Week, sponsored by the Federal Trade Commission, aims to help people understand their consumer rights and avoid fraud and scams.

Authorities are encouraging all Michigan residents to go to www.BanksNeverAskThat.com for information and resources to defend against phishing scams.
