Douglas V Gibbs joins me to discuss judicial and legislative events that point towards a rising movement towards States Rights. First Hawaii's Supreme Court voted 5-0 to uphold Hawaii State law over a federal court gun law ruling. More recently, Utah has passed a bill that forbids State authorities from upholding any Federal law deemed unconstitutional by the Utah State Legislature. We need more of this.
