WHAT IS THE UNFORGIVABLE SIN SPOKEN OF IN MATTHEW 12:31?

I hope to clarify what I mean by this sermon. All babies and other people younger than the age where they're held responsible for their sins are automatically Saved by Jesus Christ. A baby does NOT have any sin yet so will definitely be Saved. Also, the people not old enough to be responsible for their sins, will be Saved. But I do believe people old enough to be responsible for their sins who die outside of Jesus Christ, rejecting Jesus Christ's Gift of Salvation and sinning away their day of Grace will NOT be Saved.
