Could The U.S. Ever Be The Bad Guy In A Call of Duty?

I've been meaning to get this off of my chest, because for a while I've been pondering the idea of America being the bad guy for once in Call of Duty. Could this ever happen? Have their been previously missed opportunities to make them the bad guy?

(*Note:* So I made a mistake describing the said recommended video. I said it was about America being the bad guy, well that's wrong.
