Many gurus and religions preach that if you forgive the person who has hurt you it'll be easier to move on.
Others like Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, and Vadim Zeland offer a different perspective, suggesting that forgiveness isn't necessary; as you don't owe these people any of your thoughts and energy.
