2 medium eggs
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/360°F

70 g/2.5 oz dark chocolate(with no added sugar if you have)
1 teaspoon oil

1 medium carrot
30 g(1/3 cup) nuts
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
