Spencer’s book contains the official Top Secret U.S. Army Air Force transcript and notes of the interview with the only ET survivor of the Roswell UFO crash. Aril was taken to Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio where USAAF nurse Matilda O’Donnell MacElroy conducted a series of interviews with Aril. Late in her life, MacElroy provided these records to Spencer and asked him to make them public.
