Your sinful nature will never obey God. Accept this as a fact. Don't bring it to church services and church activities. So the remedy for the flesh and sinful nature within us is execution. So Gods solution is execution. The good news of the gospel is that the execution took place when Jesus died on the cross. Now we only have to apply what he did on the cross to our lives. Our "old man" and carnal nature was put to death in Jesus death. So we don't have to do it all over again. We must apply the finished work of the cross in our lives
