Because we think the Chinese economy is going to steadily continue to slow down for the next 10 years. Second, it’s not clear what the overall general direction of CCP’s policy will be long term and when we’ll find the bottom to real estate. Third, Data’s unclear, we can’t get the real growth number. Last, the three pillars of China’s growth, property, infrastructure and exports, are substantially weakened.
