Spiritual Maturity - What does it mean in christian faith?
According to the apostle Paul in Philippians 3: 12-14, Spiritual maturity is an ongoing process, none of us is there yet. Every Christian who is born again, is at a different stage in their walk with God.

There are 3 stages a born again Christian will go through before they reach spiritual maturity.
1:Baby Christians
2: Young men and women in Christ
3:Fathers or adults
When a Christian reaches the last stage which is fathers or adults, now they are ready to work with God and look after his sheep. At this stage go will give them authority because they are mature enough to handle it.
