How to repair a Dehumidifier

My Dehumidifier was making some weird noises for couple of days and one day it wouldn't shut off anymore. I realized the compressor kept staying on, even after I had turn it off. That is when I realized the relay switch, also known in AC units as Contactor has gone bad.
