Several "pit maneuvers" before police able to stop chase suspect

Kettering Police just released new video showing the moment officers stopped a chase suspect. Kettering Lt. Lee Sanders said officers tried to pull the driver, later identified as James Price, due to a traffic violation. Officers called off the pursuit when the suspect ran a red light, but then picked it back up when another officer spotted the vehicle. An officer ultimately performed a “pit maneuver” on the car to get it to stop at the corner of Spring Valley and Springboro Pike in Miami Township, at which point the suspect jumped out of the car and ran before he was captured by police.
