Shannon's Butcher Block - A Leap of Faith Story

I recently visited Shannon Self, the owner of Shannon’s Butcher Block in Many, Louisiana, and sampled his brisket, ribs, smoked turkey, pulled pork stuffed potato, baked beans, elote, and coleslaw. HOLY COW IT WAS AMAZING! Shannon's story is one of taking a leap of faith, and it has certainly paid off. If you're reading this post, I highly recommend making a trip to see him. It's well worth it!
