Squatters winning again

Squatters in Georgia took over a house the owner was going to rent. Like in NY, police cannot do anything about it. The home owner has to take them to civil court. Pathetically, the owner has to shell out thousands of dollars for a legal battle.
The insanity that someone can essentially steal your property is an issue in a lot of states and it would be great to see who created the bill and came up with squatter rights . That person, and those who voted for it need to be exposed.
Thankfully, according to the reporter, Georgia (unlike NY) seems to be working to pass a law to protect ones property.
Lets hope democrats dont vote down the bill.
