Real reason for Ukraine/Russia attacks

Before Russia maneuvered into Ukraine in 2022, the people of the Donbas region asked Russia to intervene on their behalf with the Ukrainian government. This is Putins response. For 8 years Kiev attacked and bombed the people of the Donbas region. Ukraine government was trying to destroy or force those with Russian heritage to leave their homes.
