At a news conference on Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc outlines the federal government’s response to the final report of the Public Order Emergency Commission. He says the government will consult with provinces, Indigenous groups, and other stakeholders on possible changes to the Emergencies Act based on 22 related recommendations contained within the report.
