2024-02-22: Constellations & Aircraft: stars or drones?

Trying to map out the stars in the sky to evaluate whether what I am seeing are stars and planets, or, if I've suspected for the past four years - that the stars in the skies of Portland, Oregon are actually being obscured and spoofed.

The first 19 minutes of the video is stargazing. At that point a plane begins to circle overhead and I spend some time looking at the flight path on radarbox.com - noticing that that the online radar track is offset. At first about a mile to the west of the actual flight path, and then, after the plane flies off and flies back - I notice the recorded flight path is offset about a mile to the east of the actual flight.
