Unicorn Overlord, Demo (with commentary)

I give the Unicorn Overlord demo a try. This certainly seems like the spiritual successor to Ogre Battle that I have been waiting for, for a long time. It is a strategy game where you have a hero lead a squad of soldiers. Real time battle maps, automated battles, with the goal of liberating a strategic point. It does not appear to be exactly like Ogre Battle which is fine. Key differences being that you will always liberate, meaning you have to play good. Which is not a deal breaker for me. You only have heroes/characters in the squads, no generic troops. Which I think makes this closer to a Fire Emblem or XCOM like game rather than Ogre Battle. Either way the game still seems pretty fun. Let me know what you think in the comments. Should I get this game? Should this be the next playthrough? Enjoy, and stay tuned for more content.
