What it's Like Owning Bunnies: A Cautionary Tale

This is a video I've been wanting to make for a while now. I hope that this gets spread around before Easter to help spread the awareness of what it's really like to be a bunny parent--it's NOT like owning a cat or a dog. So, please don't buy bunnies for Easter WITHOUT knowing what you're getting into!

Easter is that time of year where many bunnies end up tragically dying because the uninformed buy bunnies for the kids or significant others, NOT realizing how different it is to own a bunny. That's what makes me want to create this video.

This has been the experience my wife and I have had owning our children, Zenith and Quasar for the last 5ish years. We do love our bunnies, despite everything.

I didn't even touch on some of the other things we went through with them, like Quasar's near-miss when dealing with head tilt a few years ago, a usually-fatal sickness in rabbits.
