Chicken Cordon Bleu Cooking Demo with Chef Guillermo

Chef Guillermo shows Keith how Crawdaddys makes chicken cordon bleu. Roll thin Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese, Black Forest Ham, lightly flour it, then dip in egg, then bread crumbs mixture of pepper, garlic and salt, 350 degree fryer, wait to golden fry about a minute until brown, then put it in oven. We serve it with rice, but customers can order mash potatoes, French fries fettucini or what ever they like.
