Yuval Noah Harari is an award winning author with a doctorate from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is Klaus Schwab's top advisor and has given speeches at the World Economic Forum. In this CNN interview, he discusses what he calls a digital dictatorship where computer algorithms understand humans and their reactions better than they do themselves.
