The 25th episode of "The American View" hosted by Michael Peroutka and John Lofton. Peroutka was the Constitution Party candidate during the 2004 U.S. presidential election.

"Program 25 is an interview with Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker in which we discuss, among other things, his new organization “Vote For Justice”. We also discuss the continuing un-Biblical and un-Constitutional war in Iraq. On this topic, we play excerpts from a recent debate about this war between Bill O’Reilly and Phil Donahue, a debate in which Donahue mopped the floor with O’Reilly and attacked the Iraq war for being (are you seated?) UNCONSTITUTIONAL!"
