According to patents these hydrogel clusters were to be used as a form of antenna that could be part of a Digital ID and Digital Currency transfer mechanism. Basically you were being wired up with a network of hydrogel FORCING the recipient to become TRANS-HUMAN. This replaces the antiquated technology of “micro chips” that could be implanted under the skin in the hand. The Globalists knew that wasn’t going to sell.
