Couple Try To Outsmart Police, Doesn't End Well

On December 20th, 2022, officers on patrol noticed a stolen license plate registered to a different vehicle and attempted to stop the vehicle. However, the driver fled at a high rate of speed. The officers found a number of intoxicants in the woman’s purse. Meanwhile, one of the officers took the suspect’s statement. Soon, the police located the other suspect as well. While being transported to the jail, the male suspect was observed engaging in suspicious activities with his mouth in the backseat. Both of them were charged with receiving stolen property, obstructing official business, and failure to comply with an order.
