Regulating AI Is DESTRUCTIVE!!!

IEEE Spectrum posted a horrible article fearmongering about generative AI, particularly "unsecure" open source models and software, and calling for regulation. A month later, they published an article that was much more sensible, and pointed out the problems with government regulation of an emerging technology.
