Affirmation videos or repeating affirmations to oneself may sound weird, I get it. Might sound like something a new age crystal shop owner might preach to the public, touting it brings good vibes and peace. There is some validity there, hear me out... By repeating a form of a positive affirmation to oneself, you are tapping into the subconscious mind and pre-programming automatic thoughts.
