Timeline of events leading up to the present time regarding Kate Middleton going AWOL..

It was well known that Prince William was living fast and loose with other women, notably Rose Hanbury since 2018.
He even spent Valentines Day with her Feb 2023 and they even have a daughter together.

Does Kate have an eating disorder like Diana once had or is she terminally ill?

Was she put into an induced Coma?

Was there any other serious Royal marital breakdown?

Has there been any another related 'Masonic' ritual 'event'?

What's behind the mysterious 'suicide' of Thomas Kingston?
Was he having an affair with Kate?

Was Kate pregnant with Kingston's child? Was there an abortion?

Either way she hasn't been seen for several months and we're not being told exactly why?
