Andrew Tate speaks out after arrest in Romania

Andrew Tate, the notorious social media personality, will be extradited to the UK over allegations of rape and human trafficking, following the conclusion of a trial on similar claims in Romania.

Tate, 37, and his brother, Tristan, 35, appeared in court in Bucharest on Tuesday morning on European arrest warrants obtained by Bedfordshire police.

The brothers and two alleged female accomplices were arrested in Bucharest in December 2022 on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women. They deny wrongdoing and the investigation continues.
