Empowering Women To Master Their Careers Without Changing Men”. In 2008, She Served As A Consultant for the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission. In 2004-2007 She Was President & CEO, of the Maryland Transportation Authority And -served as Deputy Secretary, Maryland Department Of Transportation. She is a lawyer by trade, and practiced law in a large DC law firm for 5 years. She lives in West Friendship and has five grandchildren attending Howard County schools.
