Official Decree of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by the Supreme Papal Magisterial Authority, by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, on the subject of declaring ANATHEMA all proponents and defenders of the so called “Novus Ordo” liturgy and innovations, implemented by this APOSTATE pro-communist Novus Ordo Sect over the years of its attempted usurpation, illegitimate and outright sacrilegiously criminal annexation and occupation of the Catholic Church's worldwide property, including that of the Vatican City, for the purpose of this diabolically driven Sect to destroy souls and inflict the greatest possible harm on the Divine Institution Roman Catholic Church, and to force the Roman Church into the present time exile. Therefore, invoking the Apostolic Authority which We possess, by the mercy and selection from God, those are declared ANATHEMA who would dare to attempt to refute, deny, invalidate or oppose in any way this Our present Decree, in part or in full, and let them be understood that by attempting to do so they will incur the wrath of God Almighty and of the Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul...
