Kinew's approval rating climbing but why?

Wab kinew, Canada's most popular premier, approval rating goes up.NDP reverses course on provincial exams and takes credit for PC tax cut. Could this be why the good approval? Some groups in the province don't seem to be buying it anymore, specifically Manitobans asking for the landfill to be searched.
