In Colorado, 42% of child sexual abuse survivors experience their first completed rape before the age of 18 years. Among 46,537 students at 199 Colorado schools,10.1% of females and 3.4% of males reported being physically forced to have sexual intercourse.
-In the United States, an estimated 460,000 children are reported missing every year. Federal Bureau of Investigation, NCIC. This, however, is only a snapshot of the problem.
-Last week, a bill was introduced at the Colorado Capitol that would sentence pedophiles, who are convicted of buying and raping children, a mandatory sentence of 4 years, and ALL EIGHT democrats on the committee voted against the passage of the bill.
