Custom Source Engine Media (With .webm)

So you want to have a custom media in Source Engine? Even doe it's .bik, well what about .webm?
Well yes, there's .webm support!.. But we're going for the Hunt Down the Freeman, because it has the support for .webm format.

It requires some basics like setting up the custom's folder, and converting it to .webm format video.
