Episode 33 : TikTok Ban?!

The US House of Representatives passed a bill that would allow the President to ban websites and apps that pose a "Security Threat" to the US. The wording makes it pretty damn broad too. Could THIS bill also affect your 2nd Amendment rights as well as your 1st?
