Dragon Quest XI, playthrough part 15 (with commentary)

Following the thieves instructions the Hero and party went to Dundrassil to meet with them. Rab was there to meet them, he would give the Hero the Rainbough if he indulged him for a moment. Rab also points out he figured the Hero was the Luminary. It was why he stopped mid fight during the tournament. He wanted the Hero to see and know about Dundrassil, so walking through its ruins would give him the opportunity to do that.
