Deliberately causing fire... Why, to "save the earth" from "global warming"???

A vehicle is seen in a road in a forest, deliberately... lighting fires with a flame thrower... What is that, if not an evil globalist hoax, to install fear and cause the world citizens to, God forbid, give in, out if fear, to the dictatorial demands of the globalists???
