Previously, on Lunch Stream and Chill...

Rofure, Oulander Monk, is captive to the Illithid, who put a "tadpole" in his brain. The tadpole will turn him into a mindflayer unless he finds help.

By luck or fate, Rofure's captors are attacked by Gith and their dragons. The Mindflayers try to evade them by teleporting through multiple planes. Rofure is able to escape in the chaos. He meets fellow captives Shadowheart and Lae'zel, fights his way to the bridge of the ship and teleports it away from danger. However, the ship is too damaged and crashes.

Separated from his friends and captors, Rofure tries to Get His Bearings.
