CORN CAKE, MY GRANDMOTHER'S RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:👇
3 eggs
1 can of green corn (280g)
340g sugar
1 third of a cup of oil
1 tablespoon powdered yeast
8 tablespoons of cornmeal
1 pinch of salt
1 pan greased with unsalted butter and floured with cornmeal

goes to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
