This is some years old, but I don’t doubt that what he describes as “ICE-9” is real.
However, it’s a move that the elites can make only once, globally. So they’ll be careful to get it right.
Is this a weapon that they can launch at any time? I don’t know, but my guess is yes. They’ll have taken care of themselves first & that was likely accomplished years ago. Over time, their planning would be expected to reach deeper into the hierarchy. That way, they can keep inside those they need to roll this over in one continuous push.
I doubt they’d bother with detailed outcome for ants like us.
