Solve bed level issues on Elegoo Neptune 3D printers?

I've been pretty happy with the speed, print quality, and ease of use of the Elegoo Neptune printer. But, at times, it has struggled with laying down good first and second layers. So, I tried the new tool Bed Leveler 5000 to resolve this issue.
