Blonde Thief

Our original post regarding this crime asked for assistance naming the blonde woman in the video but we didn’t point out that the woman she’s walking next to is a theft victim. That oversight resulted in many tips naming the victim but now naming the blonde woman we profiled. So, we’ve edited the video to label the victim and suspect.
