TWO MORE TATE VICTIMS SPOKE IN COURT

During the preliminary hearing today (March 15th, 2024) two victims have told the judge that they are NOT victims and wish to NOT participate in DIICOTs case, criminal process and trial.

They have declared to the judge through legal advisors/lawyers that they wish to not be apart of the case and not be labelled as “victims” in the Tates case.

In February 2024 during the last preliminary hearing a “victim” has also told the judge she does not want to be labelled as victims in the file.

This makes THREE WOMEN NO LONGER labelled AS VICTIMS.

TATES ARE CLOSE TO EXONERATION
