Last Epoch PROPOSED MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS are lacking info but the game is good GTX1060 RX580 i5-2500

So the minimum requirement just change before the launch, it was the i5-2500 with 8G of Ram, but the GPU pass the GTX 1060 6G recommended GPU to Minimum require GPU, replacing the GTX660ti and the now recommended is the RTX3060. Same for AMD, it was the Radeon R9 270 for minimum and RX 480 for recommended. Now it's RX580 minimum and RX6600 XT. They also don't specify which resolution, 720p, 1080p, 1440p...or which preset, very low, low, medium, high...
