Usama Dakdok on Surah 9 The Repentance

Surah is the last chapter written for the Qu'an. What if tis chapter cancels all the peaceful verses according to Islam under the belief in Abrogation? Does that mean Islam is not peace but war? Would this be an open declaration not to trust this belief structure?
